Andy and his team of 18 chefs design and produce every dish we serve, from cakes at afternoon tea, to our lunch and dinner menus and wedding breakfasts.

Hampshire-born Andy's passion for cooking took him to Worcestershire and the Lake District before he and his family settled in South Wales.

Seasonal specialities

Because we design our menus around ingredients that are in season (often picked or plucked that day), each time you visit you’ll see some new dishes alongside old favourites. And if you have any particular dietary requirements, be sure to let us know. We’ll do our very best to modify the dish that catches your eye or to offer a great alternative.
