Congratulations on your engagement, fill in our enquiry form, and a member of our wedding team will arrange for you to attend a private tour of the venue.
Your first look
Enjoy a tour of our venue and grounds. During your visit, we’ll provide you with a personalised quote depending on your plans for your special day.
RSVP
After your meeting we will hold your chosen date for 12 days free of charge, after this to confirm your wedding date with us, we then require a deposit of £1000.
Time to taste
Your next step is to attend our tasting event. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to sample our award-winning cuisine, as well as our very own Cariad Wine, and select the perfect food and drink to accompany your big day.
Final Details
Within a month of your tasting event, we’ll arrange a one to one meeting to confirm your choices for the big day. We’ll need to know your final number of guests 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.

Llanerch weddings are intricately planned to ensure everything goes perfectly on your special day. From pre-ceremony preparations in our luxury dressing suite, to last orders in our woodland marquee, we’re ready to make each moment of your wedding magical.
