Terms & Conditions*

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Llanerch Vineyard Hotel, Hensol, Vale of Glamorgan, CF72 8GG (“Llanerch”, “we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Llanerch Vineyard Hotel, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
• Only one entry per person will be counted. Additional interactions on social media (likes, shares, comments) may provide a slightly increased statistical chance during the random draw but do not constitute additional entries.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the online entry form with their first name, last name, and email address. Phone number is optional.
• By submitting the form, entrants confirm they have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be added to the Llanerch newsletter mailing list.
• No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.

4. Competition Period

• The competition opens upon announcement.
• All entries must be received by 17 December 2025 at 23:59 GMT.
• Winners will be drawn and announced on 18 December 2025.

5. Prizes

• There are 12 prizes in total.
• Prizes will be allocated at random.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Llanerch reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.
• Each winner will be contacted directly via the email address provided before public announcements are made.
• Winners’ first and last names, along with the prize won, will be shared via email to all participants.
• Prize vouchers will be issued digitally in PDF format only.
• If we cannot reach a winner within 7 days, Llanerch reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

7. Scam Awareness & Security

• Llanerch will never ask for card details, bank information, or any form of payment in order to claim a prize.
• All genuine winner communications will come from an official Llanerch email address (e.g., info@llanerch.co.uk).
• Llanerch accepts no liability for fraudulent messages, fake accounts, or scams impersonating our competition.
• If in doubt, entrants should contact us directly at info@llanerch.co.uk before responding to any message.

8. Data Protection & GDPR

• Personal data collected (name, email, optional phone number) will be used solely for:
  • administering the competition,
  • contacting winners,
  • distributing prizes,
  • adding entrants to the Llanerch newsletter mailing list (as agreed on form submission).
• Your data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
• Data will not be shared with third parties except where strictly necessary to fulfil the prize.
• Entrants may unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time using the link in our emails.
• Data relating to the competition will be securely stored and retained only for as long as required for its administration and any subsequent audit requirements.

9. Publicity

• By entering, participants agree that Llanerch may share winners’ first names, last names, and prize details in email communications and on official Llanerch platforms.
• No photographs or additional personal details will be published without explicit consent.

10. General Conditions

• Llanerch reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances outside our control make this necessary.
• The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
