Does the hotel have air conditioning?

The Countryside Superior Rooms, Countrysides Suites have air conditioning. The Courtyard and Standard Double rooms do not.
The restaurant, meeting rooms, and the Event space Calon Lodge is air conditioned. The marquee does not have air conditioning, however the sides can be open to allow air flow on warm days.

I have a gift voucher that is no longer valid, can I extend it?

Llanerch automatically adds a 3 month additional grace period onto vouchers. After this period unfortunately the vouchers are no longer valid

What is the largest party size in the restaurant?

Our largest table for lunch and afternoon tea is 12 persons.
In the evening as the menu is more complicated, we limit the largest table to 8 and we insure that all our tables are staggered in reservation time in order to give the guests the best possible experience.

Do you offer private dining?

Yes our venue Calon Lodge can be booked for parties who wish to have a private dining experience. Please contact our events team on occasions@llanerch.co.uk for more information.

Can I celebrate my wedding in your restaurant?

As Llanerch is a wedding venue we only permit one bridal party on site at a time. We therefore do not accept wedding parties in our restaurant.
